The weld deposit has a ledeburitic structure with many various hypereutectic carbides and retains its wear resistance up to 800°C. A maximum deposit thickness of 6 mm (1-2 layers) is recommended. This flux- cored wire electrode has an excellent weldability and the deposit is almost slag free.
